ClassCue

Cookie Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

This policy explains how the ClassCue website (classcue.co.uk) uses cookies and similar technologies. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.

A cookie is a small file stored by your browser when you visit a site. We keep our use of them to a minimum: we only use strictly-necessary cookies that keep the site secure and let our contact form work. We do not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Cookies we use

Set byPurposeType
Cloudflare Delivers and protects the website (security, bot filtering, reliability). May set a short-lived cookie to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic. Strictly necessary
Cloudflare Turnstile The "confirm you're human" check on our Request access form. Sets cookies needed to run that check and stop spam submissions. Only comes into play when you use the form. Strictly necessary

Strictly-necessary cookies don't require consent because the site can't function securely without them — but we still list them here so you know what's happening.

What we don't do

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and set your browser to warn you before storing them. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary cookies above may stop the contact form working.

A note on the chat assistant

The ClassCue chat assistant (at app.classcue.co.uk) is a separate service. Its web version uses your browser's local storage — not a cookie — to remember that you're signed in. How the assistant handles data is covered in its own privacy notice.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
