Website Privacy Notice

Last updated: 6 September 2026

This notice explains how we handle personal data submitted through the classcue.co.uk website — in particular the Request access / contact form. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. The ClassCue chat assistant (at app.classcue.co.uk) is a separate service with its own privacy notice.

What we collect

When you use the Request access form we collect only what you enter:

To keep the form secure and free of spam, our providers (see below) also process your IP address at the moment you submit. We don't use analytics or tracking, and we don't build a profile of you.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and to talk to you about bringing ClassCue to your school. Our legal basis under UK GDPR is our legitimate interest in replying to a request you have sent us (and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement). We will not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers.
